Hayden, originally from Nixa, Missouri, grew up playing sports and developed a passion for helping people achieve their goals in mobility and independence. This led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise and movement science at Missouri State University before going on to receive his doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Missouri.

When he’s not working with his patients, Hayden enjoys watching his favorite sports teams, going to the gym, planning hiking trips, and finding new restaurants in town to try out.
