Melanie joins the F.I.T. family with 18 years of experience treating patients with arm and hand injuries. Melanie enjoys the unique challenge, creativity, and direct patient care experienced throughout hand & upper extremity rehabilitation. She considers it a blessing to walk alongside each patient through the healing process and enjoys celebrating every successful return to activity from seemingly simple daily tasks to high level work and sport pursuits.
When she is not at work, Melanie loves spending time with her husband, two sons, two Bernese Mountain dogs, and one rescue kitty. She and her family enjoy everything baseball, numerous fitness/sport activities, traveling, time at the lake, & church and community outreach activities.
