About
Natalie is a physical therapist whose journey into the profession was shaped by her own experiences, as a competitive volleyball player recovering from a rotator cuff injury and as a personal trainer frustrated by the inability to help injured athletes fully return to their sport.
These experiences sparked a deep passion for anatomy, kinesiology, and evidence-based rehab. Natalie is committed to helping individuals move with confidence and return to the activities they love - without pain, fear, or limitation. She has a special interest in working with athletes, particularly volleyball and soccer players, and also enjoys working with bodybuilders. She’s especially passionate about educating female athletes on the importance of proper fueling for sport and optimizing recovery for those training at a high level.
Outside of the clinic, Natalie and her husband are currently preparing for their first bodybuilding competition. She also enjoys gardening, baking sourdough bread, and learning everything she can about personal growth!
