Alex was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. Growing up, Alex was always involved in sports, whether that was football, soccer, or track and field. After high school, Alex continued his athletic career playing football at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa for 3 years before beginning his chiropractic education. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic with his Bachelor’s and Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, he moved to Liberty, Missouri. He brings the same passion and drive from the field to his role as a professional in the treatment room. He always strives to put the patient first and get them back to living their best life, helping them function better than before. Alex is currently certified in TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), ART, and FAKTR.

In his free time, Alex enjoys any form of athletics, especially golf... even though he is frequently searching for his golf ball off the tee box. His other hobbies include traveling, hiking, skiing, trying new foods, and a casual, yet slightly intense, board game with his high school sweetheart, Natalie.
