About

Jonna was born and raised in Elkhart, Kansas, a tiny little town in the southwest corner of Kansas. She didn't have the typical story of “I injured myself playing sports and my physical therapist inspired me to become one," but she has a passion for helping others and the human body, and becoming a PT was the best of both worlds for her. After graduating high school she attended Kansas State University where she obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and met her husband. She then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri.

Her husband, Austin, is also a physical therapist and when they aren’t working or talking about physical therapy, they spend their time in the gym, with their cat (Dude), or with family and friends. She feels truly blessed to work in a profession that doesn’t make work feel like work.  She is lucky to be able to help others recover from injures and live a pain free life while building relationships along the way.
