About

Kristen grew up in Shawnee, KS playing multiple sports. She really loved softball, and spent all of her summers in high school traveling across the country to play. After high school Kristen continued her softball and academic career at Indiana State University, where she earned her degree in Applied Medicine and Rehabilitation. Kristen continued her education at the University of Kansas Medical Center where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She loves being able to help patients reach their goals in an active and encouraging environment!

Kristen spends a lot of time at Homefield outside of the FIT therapy clinic! She is in her 3rd year of coaching softball for Building Champions, she gives hitting and fielding lessons, and coaches for the Speed Strength and Agility program at Homefield. She is busy, but is thankful she is able to do everything she loves under the same roof.=

When Kristen is not working she loves to travel. She hopes to make it to all of the National Parks in the United States (currently at 10/63!). Kristen also enjoys going to country concerts, cheering on the Chiefs, and staying active with Pilates!
