Nash grew up in southwest Missouri dedicating most of his free time to football and the lake. Football was his first love which landed him in the Chiropractor/PT's office far too often. It was here he gained an interest in fitness and wellness. While in college he decided being a chiropractor is what he wanted to do with his life because it provided him with the tools to help people live their best possible life. So far, he couldn’t be happier with that decision.

Since his career is mostly indoors and professional, his time away from work is spent trying to do the exact opposite. People often tell him he's an old soul: he loves driving out to the middle of nowhere with good country music to clear his mind. He still loves getting out on the water to fish or kayak and is looking forward to exploring new places up here in Missouri/Kansas. His long term goal is to buy a few acres and run a family farm.
