About
Riley is a physical therapist who was born and raised in Olathe, Kansas. He attended Rockhurst University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While at Rockhurst, Riley competed as a collegiate athlete in both baseball and golf. His experience balancing training, competition, and injuries of his own sparked a passion for sports medicine and helping others move better, improve performance, and stay healthy.
Riley has a passion for working with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes as well as active individuals of all levels; helping them bridge the gap between rehabilitation, injury prevention, sport performance, and getting back to the sports/activities they love. He believes rehab should not only get you out of pain but also prepare you to return stronger and more confident than before.
Additionally, Riley enjoys working with people of all backgrounds and activity levels. He enjoys helping others reduce pain, move better, and regain confidence to attack everyday life. Riley believes everyone deserves to live an active, pain-free life and takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans that help patients reach their goals and return to the activities that bring them joy.
Outside of the clinic you can find Riley spending as much time outdoors as possible golfing, hunting, and fishing. Riley is also a loyal fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers and has unwavering faith that “this is the year”, which means he’s no stranger to riding the emotional rollercoaster of football season. He is a proud supporter of anything Kansas City including the Royals and Chiefs, but calls his parent’s farms in Nebraska his second home. Riley and his fiancée, Kourtney, enjoy taking walks with their English bulldog, Winston, who may or may not think he’s the real athlete of the household.
