Rowan was born in Minnesota, then spent her early childhood in Rhode Island before moving to the Midwest.

Rowan has been all around the greater Kansas City Metro area, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Kansas State University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has also worked in multiple therapy settings including outpatient sports and orthopedics, inpatient acute care, and home health.

Outside of the clinic, Rowan has backgrounds in gymnastics, dance, swimming, and CrossFit. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, and being outdoors.
